Privacy Policy

📱What stays on your device

Your playlists, provider logins, favorites, watch history, settings and parental PIN are saved only on the device where you use HappyPie Player Pro. We don't receive them, and we can't see them.

🔗Who the app connects to

• Your playlist providerTo load the channels, movies and series you've added. Your provider's own privacy policy applies to what they receive.
• TV guide linksTo show what's on, from your playlist's guide, links you add yourself or, on Android if you turn it on, free public TV guides for the country you choose.
• RadioTo list and play internet radio stations, from a public station directory and the stations themselves.
• PicturesChannel logos and posters are loaded from the addresses your playlist gives.

These connections are made directly from your device. Like any internet request, the services you connect to can see your device's internet (IP) address.

📥What we receive

• When you buy on this websitePayments are handled by PayPal. We receive your name, email address, country and the details of your purchase, so we can deliver your license and help you if something goes wrong. We never see your card or bank details.
• Free trial and activationTo run your free trial and check that a device's license has been paid for, the app sends our activation service a random device code, its license status, roughly which country it's in (from its internet connection) and the device's model name (shown to you in My Devices, which you can rename).
• When you email usWe receive your email and whatever you choose to tell us.
• This websiteIt is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and working.
• Visit and download countsThe website counts, without cookies, how many people visit each page and download the app each day, and roughly which country they're in (worked out from the internet connection; we don't keep the address itself). We don't keep IP addresses, names or anything that identifies you: visitors are told apart only by a scrambled code that changes every day and can't be traced back to you. Only we can see these totals.

🚫What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't show ads, and we don't track what you watch.
• We don't collect your playlists, logins or viewing history.

🧒Children

HappyPie Player Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. The parental PIN lets adults lock categories on their own devices.

🧹Your choices

You can delete everything the app saved by removing your playlists in the app, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling it. To ask about, or delete, any purchase information we hold, email us.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
